Matthew Ralston acts for Defendant acquitted of assault by penetration, intentional strangulation and serious domestic violence offences.
Matthew Ralston represented a young man accused of a host of offences, including assault by penetration and strangulation.
The prosecution alleged that the Defendant had violently assaulted the complainant – the mother of his children – including by strangling her, knocking her to the floor and sexually assaulting her. He was also alleged to have assaulted his 15-month-old son during the indictment period.
The Defendant maintained these were malicious and false allegations.
After a four-day trial at Kingston Crown Court, the jury unanimously acquitted the Defendant on all counts.
Matthew was instructed by Sarah Rimmer of MMA Solicitors.
