Rose Slowe was interviewed live on LBC Radio by Maajid Nawaz on Sunday 7 April 2019, about her most recent publication on why a no-deal Brexit is not the legal default.

She was asked to discuss the interplay between General Principles of EU Law and domestic constitutional requirements, as determined in the Miller litigation, in order to explain why a no-deal Brexit, without an Act of Parliament expressly authorising it, could not take legal effect under either the domestic and supranational legal order.

The interview concluded with Mr Nawaz expressing his enthusiasm for the argument to be litigated in the Supreme Court.
