Matthew Ralston, instructed by Pam Cheema of Vickers & Co, acted for RH who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply class A drugs between March – June 2020. It was said by the Prosecution that during the indictment period, RH was responsible for the distribution of 7kg of Cocaine.

The court accepted submissions that, although the Prosecution suggested a 10 year custodial sentence as the starting point for RH, justice could be achieved by the imposition of a Youth Rehabilitation Order given the passage of time between the index offence and the sentencing hearing.
