EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY

Foundry Chambers is committed to fair treatment and equality of all people including its members and staff.

In accordance with the requirements of the Bar Standards Board Handbook, Foundry Chambers has surveyed members and staff to gather diversity data to be published.

All members of chambers, pupils, staff and associate tenants were invited to complete the survey anonymously. Participation was voluntary and the data gathered reflects the answers given. The data are held and published by Chambers’ Diversity Data Manager in line with the Foundry Chambers’ Diversity Data Policy with the consent of all those for whom data are published.

Diversity data is not published where the group size is small enough reasonably to risk identification of individuals in a category. For that reason data on pupils and associate tenants (in each case, two people) is not published.

The latest data were gathered in early March 2021.
