FIFA judges in Geneva have passed a lifetime ban on Vincent Cassell, the former President of the Montserrat Football Federation (‘MFA’), and passed substantial financial penalties on both him and the former Treasurer of the MFA Tandica Hughes following their convictions for tax evasion in the High Court in Montserrat in proceedings prosecuted by Richard Jory KC. Richard was instructed by the DPP of Montserrat, Oris Sullivan.
