Overview

Edita joined Chambers in October 2025 having successfully completed her pupillage.

Edita prosecutes and defends in both the Crown and Magistrates’ Court. She has been instructed in cases involving intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, dangerous driving, dangerous dogs’ matters, and drug offences such as the possession, supply and importation of drugs. She has appeared on behalf of the respondent and appellant in Crown Court appeals. Edita also prosecutes on behalf of the National Probation Service (NPS).

Edita has completed specialist Vulnerable Witness training and Youth Training, specifically ‘Children in Conflict with the Law’ delivered by The Inns of Court College of Advocacy (ICCA).

Prior to commencing pupillage, Edita completed the Teach First Programme and worked as a teacher and Lead Practitioner of English in secondary schools in Havering, Thurrock and Westminster. Following her role as a teacher, Edita worked at Teach First in teacher training and development where she trained teachers in secondary schools across London.

Edita is also a co-founder of the organisation Teach For Kosova and currently sits on its Assembly.

Edita holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science where her Dissertation focused on the extent to which the UN 1998 Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement provide a legally authoritative, influential and relevant international framework for the protection of internally displaced person.
