Benjamin Waidhofer represented Vincent Fuller during the course of proceedings at the Central Criminal Court and Kingston Crown Court.  The Court was required to determine whether the offence of attempted murder had a ‘terrorist connection’ and whether to impose a sentence of imprisonment for life.

Following a three-day hearing, The Court found the offence of attempted murder had a ‘terrorist connection’ but declined to impose a sentence of imprisonment for life.

For a total of 4 offences, Mr Fuller was sentenced to a term of 18 years’ and 9 months’ imprisonment together with an extended licence period of 5 years’.
