This appointment recognises Tom’s strong Public Law practise to date in acting for and against governmental agencies such as the National Crime Agency, the Financial Conduct Authority, Local Government Agencies and, in addition, foreign states (and requested persons) in extradition and mutual legal assistance proceedings.
