David Harounoff leading Brinder Soora secured convictions in the high profile burglary of ATM machines at Alexandra Palace in August 2019. Three defendants Jason Hardcastle, Abdi Yassin and Hassan Ibrahim were found guilty following a 6-week trial at Wood Green Crown Court. Three other defendants pleaded guilty on an earlier occasion. The case was a highly complex one involving the presentation of cell sites, mobile phones and telematic evidence. The officer in charge of the case DS Will Man is to be commended by HHJ Kaly Kaul QC at the sentencing hearing in late October.
