David Harounoff, leading Emily Lauchlan acted for the prosecution resulting in convictions of a Mother, Father and Brother for offences of perverting the course of justice where their Son/Brother fled the jurisdiction when wanted for an attempted murder of an 11 year old girl on her way home from school. The Mother and Father were sentenced to immediate custody today at Harrow Crown Court.
