Foundry Chambers wishes to congratulate Mukul Chawla QC on his invitation to join Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) as a partner in its Litigation and Corporate Risk Department.  Mukul has been with Chambers since pupillage, 35 years ago.  Over that time he has made an extraordinary contribution to the life and work of Chambers, particularly in the last 6 years as Head of Chambers.  Whilst we are, of course, sorry to see him go, we are not surprised that his talents should have been recognised in this way. Mukul will be joining BCLP in October 2018 and will remain in Chambers until then to fulfil his professional commitments.

Chambers is delighted that John McGuinness QC has agreed to succeed Mukul Chawla QC as our Head of Chambers.  John is an exceptional and highly sought after lawyer and advocate and we are extremely lucky to have someone of his talent willing and pleased to take on this role.
