Nadeem Afzal was convicted of exposure contrary to section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 in what the sentencing Judge described as “one of the worst cases of exposure I have come across”. He was sentenced to 12 months’ custody suspended for two years and made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order preventing him from continuing to work as a licensed taxi driver.
