Lawrence Henderson was instructed as leading counsel on behalf of a defendant charged with and ultimately acquitted of kidnap at gun point of two people and false imprisonment over an extended period of one of them.

The case had extensive evidential links to a number of murders that took place in Eire and Northern Ireland in the months before the events charged here which required extensive and detailed cross examination.
