Patrick Dennis and Jessica Tate prosecute in high value ram raiding case
Patrick Dennis and Jessica Tate instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service prosecuted Anthony Pemberthy and Steven Davenport for their roles in a series of professionally organised ATM ram raids across Kent.
This was an extensively planned and well organised operation using stolen JCB diggers to rip out the supermarket and service station ATMs with the ATMs then being loaded onto flat-bed trucks. The defendants would then douse the vehicles in accelerant or fire extinguisher spray in an attempt to destroy any evidence that they may have left.
The crimes caused more than £1.5 million worth of damage while the defendants stole a total of £306,895.
