Patrick Dennis prosecutes attempted murder shooting in residential address
Patrick Dennis prosecuted Almamie Jawara for two counts of attempted murder. The defendant fired 9 shots at a residential address in Bushey on a Sunday afternoon. He then fired 2 further shots at occupants after they had exited the address. The evidence against the defendant consisted of cell site material, GPS location data from his Snapchat account and his association with a local gang. The defendant blamed another male for the shooting and claimed he was not present.
The defendant was unanimously convicted after trial of two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. He will be sentenced on 9 June 2025.
