Foundry Chambers is delighted to welcome Ben Edwards as a new tenant in Chambers. Ben arrives with a background of working at the CPS as a Crown Prosecutor, and having gained experience in areas including confiscation, appeals and in particular dealing with unduly lenient sentences. Since joining the independent Bar he has developed a practice of both prosecuting and defending. He also carries out regulatory work, and is instructed in cases brought by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
