The interview concerned the recent news of raids by HMRC on West Ham and Newcastle Football clubs. Jason was asked his views as an expert on tax fraud having prosecuted and defended complex tax frauds in the past on the background to the raids and the approach HMRC may be taking to the football industry as a whole.
