On Thurs 3rd Feb Mark Seymour leading Sarah Selby concluded the prosecution of a serial Rapist who engaged in a campaign of Rape in East London, attacking 5x women in the early hours of the morning on their way home. The Def was convicted after a lengthy trial in April / May 2021. The Def received an extended sentence of 25 yrs involving a custodial element of 20 yrs with a 5-year extended licence period. Mark & Sarah were prosecuting on behalf of CPS London North RASSO in relation to the case which was investigated by Met Police Complex Case Team. See these links:
