Racheal Muldoon hosts Heritage Crime Workshop
Racheal Muldoon hosted an all-day legal workshop alongside Mark Harrison, Head of Heritage Crime at Historic England. This high-profile event was held at Historic England’s London HQ on January 24th 2019. The programme centred on educating attendees about the importance of identifying cases as heritage crimes at the earliest opportunity, with the overarching aim of affording greater protection to our shared cultural heritage. The list of delegates included members of the Crown Prosecution Service, the Metropolitan Police Art and Antiquities Unit, Institute of Art and Law, Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Sussex Police and fellow members of the Bar.
Over the coming months, Racheal and Mark will be working with colleagues to develop an exciting piece of work arising from ideas discussed at the workshop.
