James Jackson of Foundry Chambers along with Fiona Jackson and Alastair Webster QC successfully prosecuted six individuals for conspiracy to defraud by false representation. The six men were found guilty of running a £17m fraudulent scheme to install solar panels which defrauded 1,500 victims including elderly, retired and vulnerable people.
