Mark Seymour leading Sarah Ellis have together secured the conviction for Attempted Murder

Mark Seymour leading Sarah Ellis, prosecuting on behalf of CPS London, have together secured the conviction for Attempted Murder of the leading Defendant in a case flowing from a shooting in the street outside a Central London Nightclub.  On Weds 26.01.22 the Def in question was sentenced to 26 years’ imprisonment.  During the original trial Mark Seymour leading Natalie McNamee had secured the conviction of three further Defendants for large-scale Drugs and multiple Firearms offences which flowed from the same Police investigation.  The case involved meticulous examination of vast quantities of CCTV evidence.  See links:
