Mark Seymour prosecuting on behalf of CPS Thames & Chiltern secured the conviction after a 2-week trial of an Oxford City taxi driver who subjected a lone intoxicated female customer to an horrific ordeal of Rape. The case involved meticulous accumulation of CCTV, DNA and 1^st hand evidence.  Mark was instructed over a period of 2½ years. The defendant was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. See links:
